Hope Organic Limited unites Ugandan farmers into cooperative unions, trains them in ecological organic agriculture, and connects them to a market through a network of over 1,000 distributors.
Two commitments that shape every decision we make — from the fertilisers we formulate to the farmers we train.
Our Mission
Attain all-year-round sustainable organic production, enhancing best use of land and a reliable market of high-quality farm products for consumers and small-scale organic farmers.
Our Vision
Lead the way to promote Ecological Organic Agriculture research and implementation, improving nutritional value of produced foods and farmland productivity.
"Our mission is simple: make organic farming the most profitable choice for every Ugandan farmer. When we get that right, we improve nutrition, protect the land, and build lasting prosperity for entire communities."
Kisomose Benon
CEO, Hope Organic Limited
From a single cooperative in Wakiso to a national network of 1,000+ distributors.
Hope Organic Limited was founded in Wakiso, Uganda with a simple but powerful vision: make ecological organic farming the most profitable and accessible choice for small-scale Ugandan farmers.
We began uniting farmers into cooperative unions — giving individual growers the collective strength to access better inputs, better training, and better markets than they could ever reach alone.
Our training programmes in Agronomic Management Practices, Good Agricultural Practices, and Value Addition began transforming subsistence farms into thriving organic enterprises across Uganda.
Hope Organic established its export pipeline — connecting Ugandan organic produce to buyers in East Africa, the Middle East, and beyond. Coffee, maize, tomatoes, and Matooke began reaching global tables.
Today Hope Organic stands at the centre of a 1,000+ distributor network, a full organic product catalogue, and a mission still as alive as ever — ecological farming for every Ugandan farmer, every season.
Six principles that govern how we work with farmers, partners, and the land every single day.
We believe farmers thrive when they are connected. Through extension programmes, cooperative unions, and media talk shows, we build bridges between growers, buyers, and communities across Uganda.
Excellence is non-negotiable. Our trained, experienced workforce and network of specialists bring genuine competence and know-how to every farm, every product, and every partnership we enter.
We exist to serve the agri-business community. By disseminating ecological organic farming knowledge and connecting farmers to markets, we create a value chain that benefits everyone from soil to shelf.
We invest continuously in knowledge. Through structured training programmes covering Agronomic Management, Good Agricultural Practices, and Value Addition, we grow talent across the entire value chain.
We use our platform to advance biodiversity conservation, women's empowerment in agriculture, and the adoption of ecological farming practices that regenerate Uganda's farmland for future generations.
We do not just sell products — we equip farmers with the knowledge to use them effectively and profitably.
Comprehensive crop management covering soil health, nutrient cycling, water management, and season planning for maximum sustainable yield.
Internationally aligned practices covering food safety, traceability, post-harvest handling, and quality standards that open export markets.
Practical business skills for farmers — crop diversification, value chain positioning, market access strategies, and income maximisation.
Processing, packaging, and branding techniques that transform raw produce into premium products commanding higher market prices.
A small, passionate team united by one goal — making ecological organic agriculture the most profitable choice for every Ugandan farmer.
